Site Technical Supervisor

Delta Precast is seeking a qualified Quality Control Engineer to oversee inspection and testing processes within our precast concrete manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet structural, dimensional, and compliance standards before delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, load testing procedures, and quality assurance systems within an industrial production environment.

• Conduct routine inspection of reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, and manholes during and after production

• Perform load testing and strength verification according to engineering standards

n

• Monitor compliance with internal quality control procedures

n

• Review technical specifications and ensure product conformity

n

• Coordinate with the production team to address non-conformance issues

n

• Prepare quality inspection reports and documentation

n

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process

n

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

n

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control or construction materials

n

• Knowledge of reinforced concrete standards and testing methods

n

• Strong understanding of structural compliance and inspection procedures

n

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

n

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

n

• Good communication and reporting skills

n

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing

n

• Familiarity with American or Japanese concrete standards

n

• Knowledge of load testing equipment and procedures

n

• Based at Delta Precast production facility
