Job Description
- JOB TITLE: ADMIN SUPERVISOR
- REPORT TO: SENIOR ADMIN MANAGER
- LOCATION: ST 289, TK CENTRAL TOWER, KHAN TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH
- SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
1. Oversee day-to-day administration coordination, operations and planning are running smoothly in the organization.
2. Manage compliance, compensation, internal equity, record-keeping.
3. Implement Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Coordinate with Amin Team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
5. Provide administrative support to Line Manager, such as scheduling meetings, record meeting minutes, preparing reports, and maintaining departmental records.
6. Monitor inventory of office and factory daily use supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
7. Oversee facilities management (e.g. electricians, security guards, drivers, car fleet), and supervision of chef and kitchen.
8. Oversee and implement IWRs and Organization Chart for all relevant departments.
9. Prepare Probation and Annual Performance Evaluation for all employees.
10. Any other task as instructed by the Admin Manager

Job Requirements
– Bachelor degree in Management/Society Science/Art in Psychology or related fields
– Experience 3 years in Human Resources field (Domestic or international Company)
– Strong capability in persuade applicant and assessment
– Strong Training Analyzes and Engagement Vendor
– Strong Computer Skill (Word Excel, Power Point, Viso, Mail Writing)
– English good speaking and writing
– At least 2 years experienced with HRMS
– Strong knowledge in create SOP or procedure and understanding of labor Law
– Good communication both internal and public
– Be proactive and challenge with the career.
