Job Description
- JOB TITLE: QC MANAGER
- REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER
- LOCATION: NATIONAL ROAD 4, KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCE
- SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection plans.
• Lead and supervise the QC team and assign daily inspection responsibilities.
• Inspect construction works, materials, and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality-related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or quality issues.
• Coordinate material inspection, sampling, testing, and approval with relevant teams.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Maintain QC records, inspection reports, testing results, and NCR documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants on quality matters.
• Report quality performance and major issues to management and recommend continuous improvements.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quality Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or building materials.
● Previous experience in a QC Manager, QC Supervisor, or Quality Engineer role is preferred.
● Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection, testing, and construction standards.
● Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and quality documentation.
● Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Good command of Khmer and English.
