JOB TITLE: PURCHASE OFFICER
REPORTS TO: MANGEMENT
LOCATION: ST 289, TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
• Source and purchase raw materials (e.g., scrap metal, billets, alloys)
• Identify and evaluate suppliers (local and international)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance records
• Track market trends (steel prices, raw material costs)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment and delivery

Job Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in manufacturing or
steel industry)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Knowledge of raw materials used in steel production is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good communication in English
• Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
