- JOB TITLE: LEASING EXECUTIVE (CHINESE SPEAKING)
REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT - LOCATION: ST 289, TK CENTRAL TOWER, TOUL KORK, PHNOM PENH
- SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
Lead Generation, Conversion and Retention:
• Develop client relationships and convert prospects into tenants across various real estate products.
• Prepare leasing proposals, contracts, structural offers and related paperwork.
• Conduct client outreach through calls, messages, networking, and other channels.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Assist with property inspections in Phnom Penh and other provinces when needed.
• Support move-in, move-out, lease renewal, non-renewal, and early termination processes.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to tackle leasing and tenant-related matters.
Commercial Real Estate Market Intelligence:
• Conduct market research and property surveys across different real estate regions in Cambodia.
• Identify emerging tenant segments, business trends, and potential sources of leasing demand.
• Analyze market insights to support pricing, positioning, and leasing strategies.
• Study best practices and develop creative offers in response to changing market conditions.
• Maintain and update relevant market data and competitor information for leasing reference.
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized physical and electronic lease records and databases.
• Send monthly renewal and non-renewal notices at least six (6) months prior to lease expiry.
• Execute tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements
• Well-organized, proactive, fast-learner, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong academic background.
• Professional communication in English, and Chinese is a plus.
• Experiences in sales/BD, leasing, or real estate agency/developer is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
