- JOB TITLE: JUNIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
- REPORTS TO: MANAGEMENT
- LOCATION: ST 289, KHAN TOUL KORK,PHNOM PENH
- SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
1. Filing and retrieving, documents, reports, and presentation
2. Helping prepare and arrange the meetings between company representatives and business partner
3. Assist with data entry and file management.
4. Arranging logistics for visitors coordinating conference calls transcribing notes
5. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
6. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
7. Facilitate information flow from the CEO’s to various departments of the company
8. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
9. Coordinate with the internal team
10. Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor of Business Administration, or other related fields
2. Good interpersonal, communication, and management skills
3. At least 1 years of experience in related fields or years 4th at university
4. Able to use Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint
5. Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible
6. Good command of English both writing and speaking
7. Good command of Chinese both writing and speaking
8.Excellent time management skills and professional discretion
